How to Complete the Kit

• Place the pre-printed felt cloth on your foam work pad.
• Select the wool roving color matching your current section of the design.
• Tear off a small amount of wool and place it on the printed area.
• Use the felting needle to poke repeatedly straight down into the wool, pressing the fibers into the felt background. Work from the edges of each section inward.
• Build up layers for a raised, textured, 3D effect — especially for the cat face, pumpkins, and moon.
• Refer to the instruction sheet for color placement and layering order.
• Once all sections are complete, mount the felt in the bamboo hoop and trim any excess felt from the back.
• Hang on a wall or display on a tabletop easel as Halloween décor.
