  • Quantity: 100 tabs per pack
  • Material: electroplated iron — heat-resistant, does not rust in wax

How to Use

  1. Thread the end of your cotton wick through the centre tube of the sustainer tab from the top.
  2. Using pliers or tweezers, crimp the tube firmly around the wick to grip it securely. Give the wick a gentle tug to confirm it is held in place.
  3. Fix the flat base of the tab to the bottom of your container using a wick sticker or a small amount of melted wax. Press firmly and allow to set before pouring.
  4. Center the wick using a wick centering bar or wooden stick, then pour your wax.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which size should I choose?
Match the centre tube diameter to your wick thickness. A 2.6mm tube (12.5mm tab) suits thin wicks such as ECO 2–4. A 3mm tube (14mm tab) suits medium wicks such as ECO 6–8. A 4mm tube (20mm tab) suits thicker wicks or braided wicks with a wider diameter. If in doubt, the 14mm is the most versatile size for standard container candle wicks.

Do my pre-waxed wicks already have tabs attached?
Yes — our pre-waxed wick packs include tabs pre-attached. These standalone tabs are for use with unwaxed wick spools, or as replacements if a tab is lost or damaged.
