How to Use

Chess pieces: Mix your epoxy resin according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Add pigment, glitter, or mica powder as desired. Pour carefully into each piece cavity and remove bubbles with a heat gun or torch. Allow to cure fully (typically 24–48 hours for epoxy resin).
Chess board: Pour your prepared resin into the board mold. For a two-tone board effect, pour alternating colors into each square individually using a syringe or pipette, or pour a base color and use a second color to fill alternate squares before the resin gels. Allow to cure fully on a level surface.
Demold: Gently flex the silicone mold to release the cured pieces and board. Sand any rough edges lightly with fine-grit sandpaper if needed.
Finish: Apply a UV resin top coat or resin gloss spray to the board surface for extra clarity and protection.
