  • 500ml Part B (Hardener)
  • 1000ml total mixed volume

Compatible Uses

  • River table fills and wood encapsulation (shallow pours)
  • Coating and sealing artwork, countertops, and surfaces

How to Use

  • Measure equal parts of Part A and Part B by volume (1:1 ratio).
  • Combine in a clean mixing cup and stir slowly for 3–5 minutes, scraping the sides and bottom. Avoid whipping air into the mixture.
  • Add pigments, mica powder, or alcohol inks after mixing and stir again briefly.
  • Pour into your mold or onto your surface. Use a heat gun or lighter to pop surface bubbles.
  • Allow to cure at room temperature (22–25°C / 72–77°F). Tack-free in 8–12 hours; full hardness in 24–72 hours.
  • Demold after at least 24 hours. Wait 72 hours before sanding or drilling.
  • Work in a warm room — cold temperatures slow curing and can cause cloudiness.
  • Wear nitrile gloves and work in a ventilated area when handling uncured resin.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much resin do I get in total?
This kit includes 500ml of Part A and 500ml of Part B — 1000ml total mixed volume, enough for multiple medium pours or many small jewelry pieces.

Can I add color to this resin?
Yes — this resin is compatible with mica powder pigments, liquid resin dyes, alcohol inks, and glitter. Add colorants after mixing Part A and Part B together. Browse our Resin Pigments & Dyes for compatible colorants.

Will this resin yellow over time?
This resin is formulated to be yellow-resistant, making it more durable in clarity over time compared to standard epoxy resins. Avoid prolonged direct UV exposure for best long-term results.

What molds can I use with this resin?
Silicone molds are recommended — resin releases easily without demolding agents. Browse our Resin Jewelry Kits and resin mold range for compatible mold options.

Is this resin food safe once cured?
This resin is not food safe and should not be used for items that will contact food or drink.

Can I do multiple layers?
Yes — for layered pours, allow the first layer to reach a gel stage (tacky but not fully cured, approximately 4–6 hours) before adding the next layer for best adhesion between layers.
