How to Use

Small (one-piece): Insert a wick pin through the base and seal with mold sealer putty. Pour melted pillar wax at 60–68°C. Allow to cool fully. Peel mold away gently from the base upward.

Medium & Large (two-piece): Align the two mold halves and secure with binder clips along the seam. Insert a wick pin through the base and seal. Pour melted pillar wax at 60–68°C. Allow to cool fully at room temperature — do not rush cooling for large pours. Top up any sinkholes. Once fully set, remove clips, open the mold halves, and lift the candle out. Trim wick to 5–7mm before burning.

What wax gives the best rose detail?
Hard paraffin pillar wax and beeswax both produce the sharpest rose petal and centre detail. Beeswax gives a naturally warm, slightly translucent finish that suits the floral form beautifully. Avoid soft container or coconut wax — it won’t set firmly enough to hold the cone shape.

How do I stop seam lines on the medium and large?
Ensure the two mold halves are aligned precisely before clipping and that the seam is sealed with mold sealer putty before pouring. Any minor seam line on the finished candle can be gently smoothed with a fingertip warmed under hot water.
