Side-Pressed Dried Rose Buds with Stems & Foliage for Resin & Crafts — 60 Buds, Choose Your Color
Side-Pressed Dried Rose Buds with Stems & Foliage for Resin & Crafts
Miniature dried rose buds pressed from the side to preserve the bud profile, petals, stem, and attached leaves in a flat, ready-to-use form. Each pack contains 60 buds in your chosen color. The side-pressed orientation shows the natural shape of the rose bud rather than a face-on view — ideal for embedding in resin where the full silhouette of the flower is visible. Perfect for resin casting, candle making, card making, and botanical art.

- Resin jewelry: the side-pressed profile works beautifully in oval, rectangle, or large pendant molds where the full stem silhouette can be displayed
Tips for Using in Resin
- These are fully dried and ready to embed — no additional drying needed.
- For bubble-free results, seal the flower first with a thin layer of resin or Mod Podge and allow to dry before the main pour — this prevents air trapped in petals from creating bubbles.
- Pour a thin base layer of resin, place the bud face-down, allow to partially gel, then pour the remaining resin over the top to fully encase the piece.
- The side-pressed format works particularly well in deep molds (vase molds, cube molds) where the stem length and foliage add depth and movement to the finished piece.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many buds are in a pack?
60 buds per pack, in your chosen color.
Will the color change once embedded in resin?
Resin can slightly deepen or saturate the natural color of dried flowers, which often enhances their appearance. Over time, resin pieces exposed to direct sunlight may cause some color shift — use a UV-resistant resin for best long-term results.
Can these be used for candle making?
Yes — pressed dried flowers can be applied to the outer surface of pillar or container candles using a heat tool to adhere them, or encased in a clear wax or resin outer layer. Note: dried botanicals should not be placed near a candle wick as they are flammable.
Are the colors consistent within a pack?
These are natural dried flowers — shades within a color option are consistent in tone but may have slight natural variation as each flower is unique.
