How to Use Hard UV Resin

• Put on gloves before handling resin.
• Apply UV resin directly from the bottle into your mold, bezel, or onto your surface. Use a pipette or stir stick to spread and position.
• Add inclusions such as dried flowers, glitter, or mica powder as desired. Use a toothpick to position precisely.
• Cure under a UV lamp pen for 10–15 seconds, or place in direct sunlight for 2–5 minutes.
• For deeper fills or layered pieces, cure in thin layers — pour a base layer, cure fully, add inclusions, then top-coat and cure again.
• The cured piece will be hard, clear, and ready to demold immediately after curing.
• Store bottles tightly capped, upright, away from light and heat to prevent premature curing.

What makes this a “hard” UV resin?
Hard UV resin cures to a rigid, glass-like finish — it does not remain flexible or rubbery after curing. This makes it ideal for jewelry pieces like pendants, rings, and earrings that need to hold their shape and withstand daily wear. If you need a flexible finish (for phone cases or coatings), look for a flexible UV resin formula instead.

What is self-degassing?
Self-degassing means the resin naturally releases air bubbles on its own without needing a heat gun or pressure pot. This formula is designed to minimize surface bubbles for a cleaner, clearer finish straight from the bottle.

Which size should I choose?
For occasional jewelry making or beginners, 100g is a good starting size. For regular use across multiple projects, 200g–300g offers better value. The 400g size suits high-volume crafters or anyone working on larger decorative pieces.

Can I add color to this resin?
